Sandestin October Beer Pairing Dinner

Join Sandestin’s Executive Chef Javier Rosa on Friday, October 13th for an October Beer Pairing Dinner. At this intimate event, Chef Javier in partnership with ABC Fine Wine & Spirits will be serving a five-course custom pairing menu using fresh, local ingredients to complement each of the specially selected craft beer pours. Perfect for beer enthusiasts and novices alike, Chef will be joined by Craft Beer Cicerone Frank Gordon who will discuss the beer’s tasting notes and brewing processes. The Beer Pairing Dinner also kicks off Baytowne Wharf Beer Festival 2017 with the main tasting event on Saturday, Oct 14 in The Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Chef Javier Rosa is recognized as a culinary innovator and his art of plating and food styling have earned him numerous accolades throughout his career.

Time to roll out the barrel and discover unique suds & ales! The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin presents the 10th Annual Baytowne Wharf Beer Fest on October 13 & 14, 2017. American specialty beers from around the nation will be available for participants to sample and savor.

The main event on Saturday, October 14th will feature more than 200 domestic and international craft beers available for sampling. Brewery representatives will be available at the event, offering an opportunity to learn about the different types of lagers and ales from a variety of styles.
