The Spell Restaurant Group is hosting a job fair to prepare for the 2017 season for their restaurants: George's at Alys Beach, La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar  in Seacrest Beach and La Crema Tapas and Chocolate in Rosemary Beach. These are some of the busiest and well-loved restaurants in South Walton. They are known for quality, fresh, locally-sourced food and excellent service.

Job seekers are encouraged to stop by George's in Alys Beach January 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with your resume to meet the management team and apply for one of the many jobs open. Some of the open positions are:

BACK OF HOUSE:
Line Cook for AM and PM (full time)
-at least 2 years kitchen experience
-available to work AM or PM or both
-can work the grill or fryer

Garde Manger for AM and PM (full time)
-has at least 1 year kitchen experience
-available to work AM or PM or both
-can work the salad/appetizer station
-assist with desserts

Dishwashers for AM and PM

Prep cooks for AM and PM
-at least two years kitchen experience
-good knife skills
-ServSafe or Foodhandlers certified
-has pastry experience and can assist with dessert prep

FRONT OF HOUSE: 

Experienced servers dedicated to excellent service while in a fast-paced environment.
Bussers and experienced food runners.
Experienced host/hostess dedicated to excellent hospitality while maintaining well-organized wait and host stations.
