CCA South Walton Chapter Banquet & Auction at Fish Out of Water

The Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) strives to protect our coastal marine resources and to promote the rights and benefits of recreational fishing. This organization’s mission is of utmost importance to our area, and they need our support.

To benefit the CCA, the annual South Walton Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association banquet will be held on December 6th at Fish Out of Water restaurant in the beautiful WaterColor Resort.

A delicious dinner will be served at 8:00pm, with the menu inspired by Chef Brian Murray. It will feature a variety of local items including sushi and crab cakes, among the delectable appetizers. There will be a soup course, a spinach salad, and your choice of a fresh fish or chicken entree. Michelle Thibault from Chan’s Wine World has paired some incredible wines for each course. There will also be an open bar throughout the night with purchase of a drink wristband.

The dinner will be preceded by a silent auction and hors d’oeuvres that will begin at 6:30pm. A live auction will follow the dinner with many exciting items available, a few of which are listed below:

• Electric Buggy from the Electric Cart Company

• Ladies Sporting boots from Le Chemeau
• Trips to Ireland, Africa, South Dakota, Montana, Bahamas, Costa Rica and other fantastic destinations

The evening promises to be a delightful experience with delicious cuisine, and so many incredible auction items on which to bid.
