Trebeaché is an elegant-yet-casual eatery the heart of Blue Mountain Beach run by a trio of partner chefs. Jim Richard, Todd Misener and Brannon Janca bring a Big Easy feel to South Walton with the same great food and excellent wine list you would expect from their sister restaurants, Stinky’s Fish Camp (and Bait Shack) in Dune Allen and Treneasse in New Orleans.
Justin Gaffrey's paintings line the walls at Trebeache depicting nature scenes in South Walton. The menu is just as creative, featuring a range of classic to contemporary fare with a variety of ethnic influences.
Sunday brunch at Trebeaché features all the best things, from Bloody Mary’s to Mimosas and Beignets to Benedicts. But dinnertime really gives the chefs a chance to exercise their creative muscles.
The raw bar on the dinner menu extends beyond oysters into the realm of Thai beef salad and poached Gulf shrimp. Dishes like the potato wrapped grouper are so pretty you hate to cut into them. Fine steaks and desserts like pistachio crème brulee round out the menu. Trebeaché also has a thing for Pinot Noir, and their reserve wine list is made mostly of the variety that goes so well with their food.
Event space at Trebeaché holds groups ranging from 20-400 guests. The restaurant hosts regular live music events and served as a venue for 30A Songwriters Fest. The Grand Ballroom and Florida Room are beautiful spaces for special events, dinners and shows. And Stinky's Blue Mountain Catering is on hand to do all the work. The Trebeaché chef team will be rolling out their special brand of hospitality throughout the year with the annual Crawfish Festival and other holiday brunches and feasts. There's always a reason for celebration with great food, cold drinks and live music.
