This was the first time in nearly 15 years of renting in the area that we have used Rivard of South Walton. They were easy to work with, friendly and laid back. Our pet fee was immediately refunded when we chose not to bring our dog. And I will definitely remember that they don't tack on a lot of extra fees to their rentals. That is greatly appreciated!
