I am on vacation here for 2wks.....On Saturday afternoon I cracked my tooth in half and was in a lot of pain. Living 7hrs from here and not knowing a dentist in the area I began calling different offices to try and get help.
I left a message for Dr. O'Donnell explaining my situation. I proceeded to contact several other dentists in the area leaving messages, even calling the local urgent care and hospital.
Within an hr Dr. O'Donnell returned my call instructed me on what to do until he could get back in the area to help. Within a few hours he had me in his office and fixed the problem.
There is no way I could have gone through the weekend like that.
His office is beautifully decorated and he has top of the line equipment. He was very professional didn't gouge me price wise, which he very well could have since it was after hours and Mothers Day weekend. His chair side manners were of the utmost and I was very comfortable and confident. He made my wife and I feel as if we were regular patients of his.
His assistant also was very kind to us and also made us feel very welcomed.
I never did get return calls from the other dentists I left messages for.
I would highly recommend him especially if you live in the area. On a sliding scale would rate this office a 10+.

I am a patient of Dr O'Donnells. I had an amazing experience with him and his staff last night I want to share. At 4:30 on Friday afternoon I was flossing my teeth and getting ready to meet someone for happy hour.. Suddenly I reralized a piece of my front tooth had broken off. I thought about it for a minute and decided to call Dr O'Donnells office. It was Friday night at 4:45 and I was hoping to make an appoitment for the next week. To my surprise the receptionist asked me if I could come right in to the office. I called my date and delayed my meeting time and headed for Dr O'Donnells office .. At this point the story gets more incredible. Dr O'Donnells staff met me took me right in and he repaired my front tooth in 15 minutes and I was on my way to my date 15 minutes late. I challenge anyone to top that story for customer service and my tooth was perfect. Thanks Dr O'Donnell I appreciate your skill and your service. Bill
From the moment I stepped into the Santa Rosa Beach office, the staff welcomed me and accommodated me. After minutes of meeting Dr. Mike, his calm and easy going demeanor made any fear or anxiety melt away. Dr. Mike took the time to examine, evaluate, and make a personalized treatment plan and schedule for me.
My experience with Dr. Mike and his staff has been nothing short of impressive, professional, and most of all, caring.
