Since 1987,Garrett Realty Services, Inc. has been offering vacation accommodations, association management, and property sales along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. We manage over 300 properties between Seaside, Seagrove, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. We'll take good care of yours too. Our front desk is open during the day (hours vary based upon seasons) to welcome Guests and Owners. When the front desk is closed, we provide a 24-hour on-call service. In addition, members of our management team are on-call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to respond to calls.
