Rosemary Beach Real Estate Topping the Charts

Spring has sprung in SoWal and everywhere you look flowers and houses are sprouting. The 2012 15th Anniversary Coastal Living Ultimate Designer Beach House is underway in Rosemary Beach and is the subject of my next column.

For now though I wanted to share some eye-opening numbers compiled by Linda Miller, our principle broker here at Rosemary Beach Realty.

We had a record-breaking year last year and 2012 is off to a roaring start. Inventory is down and prices are up. Without further ado let's allow these numbers to speak for themselves.
