That is significantly colder than it was there earlier this week but I can't feel bad for you. Wind chill of 36 here.

It's nice that for the first time since May, you can go outside for a run and not feel like you've got to worry about heat stroke.

It feels great when it's sunny and 67. Not like the oppressive humidity we've had the past few days. The off-season at the beach is the best. Daughter says it has been really cold and dreary in ATL this week. She loves it because she sleeps better. Weird.

Been hovering in the low to mid 50's most of the week here for highs and cloudy and dank. Was in the upper 40's this morning, supposed to hit the upper 30's here in the morning and 40 Sunday morning. My nieces live in Johnson City, TN which is part of the Tri-Cities area of upper East Tennessee near Bristol, VA. They are supposed to get snow this weekend supposedly. 66 is a perfect temp to me for Fall temps. Not what I consider cold, would love to see sun and 66 here right now.

Sweating and wearing jorts and Gator t-shirt yesterday, 45 degrees and 15 mph winds at the GT/VT game tomorrow. BURRRRR!
I hate cold weather. 67 and sunny is fine; 45 at night with wind is not fine.

We have had a not so comfortable wind for several days in a row, adding to the coolness. You can tell the winds are from the north. We are having the typical fall drizzle type weather. There have many homes with fires going in their fireplaces all week, it smells so good! Now they are showing 45 for in the morning and 35 for Sunday morning and 38 for Monday morning, but it is already down to 47, I think it will get cooler than 45.

It's just crazy weather -- all of the rain, flooding, and now cold.
NoHall, I just heard what you are talking about -- possible snow flurries where you are.

I love it right now--it's that really crisp cold. Today was MISERABLE, though. Mist, wind, cold--felt like a rainy January day. I can do without that sort of cold.
I keep hearing that it will be cold and wet this winter--I hope that means snow! One of the teachers said that between snow and swine flu that maybe even my school will get days off. We don't usually cancel class for snow because the boys live on campus, but if it's too slick to drive they don't make us come in.

Did it snow? All I can say is, "Thank God the Sun is out!" Now, maybe my doors will dry out so I can actually open them.
I think we might have a snowy winter, too! I'm already excited about that!

It was a cold 35 degrees here in Memphis this morning. It actually managed to get up to 61 this afternoon. Was a pretty day though, sun and clear blue sky, not warm now, it is 42 here as we speak. Going to be back down in the 30's in the morning.
