Waterspout - Ft. Panic area

Just heard on the scanner of a waterspout in the Ft. Panic area. Any eyewitnesses?
Also caught that there was significant sod damage. Didn't catch the location.

It is an absolutely clear day on the beach. No wind to speak of. You must have misunderstood the scanner message.

I can believe it. There was a small red dot surrounded by a bit larger yellow area coming onshore according to the local radar about 1.30 this afternoon.

It rained a bit in Point Wshington about that time today. I thought I heard hail on my tin roof but thought, no way and didn't check. Might have been hail.
