Stay at Hibiscus. That's what I would do...

Ditto
Most rentals will not make enough money to pay housekeeping after only one night in offseason. Hibiscus, in Grayton, would be the place.

Re: one night stay
We liked La Pensione at Rosemary when we we here every other weekend while our house was being built. It's like staying as a guest in someone's home because of Penny's (the owner) personality.

Re: one night stay
The Inn at Seacrest Beach is a new place to stay. Studio like but comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub on site. Great views from the 3rd and 4th floor. I have a 4th floor for rent if anyone is interested.
