I am looking for a condo for the week of 3/31-4-7 Sat-Sat.
Our price range will only allow 1 bedroom with a bunk area or 1br w/sofa sleeper. A pool is a requirement and obviously we are willing to stay across from the beach with a short walk. Budget is around $800...not trying to be cheap, it's just what we can afford. Then hopefully we can come back in the summer too. Areas closest to Grayton preferred.
I think the condos at Gulf Place might work for you OL. I scoured VRBO and found one in your budget that appears to still be available that week - hope it works out:

Anyone ever stayed at the Bungalows of Seagrove? Seagrove Highlands?
We've stayed different times in Gulf Place Caribbean condos. Have found them to be a nice place to stay, and decent size with 2 BR, 2 baths, hall bunks - also access to 3 pools and can get some with very nice gulf views plus views of the pond (lake?) in front and/or pool. Beach access is directly across the street.
Besides through owners, Abbott Rentals used to handle several of these. If booking through them, ask for gold or platinum accomodations.
Close to Amore's too!
