As I've said before...the single most important reason that I insist on attending the FSU/Florida game in person each year is that, win or lose, in either stadium, I always leave with a renewed appreciation of how wonderful it is that I and my family proudly support Florida State University.
Normally I have to go take a bath afterwards, but the Good Lord took care of that the other night for me.
And make fun of the Marching Chiefs if you want to. They are still, without question, the State of Florida's Finest. You run the Royal Flush with the poncho-clad (look, Mom, they have bags over their heads!) Pride of the Cesspool on a rainy field and they'd bust their arses too.
