hey everyone. i am a college grad looking for a long term rental in the santa rosa/destin area. i have lived in sandestin employee housing since may and i am looking to relocate and live alone. possibly a condo or guest house, inexpensive of course. i am single, no pets and i have a steady job. if anyone thinks they could help me out or knows someone that could i would greatly appriciate it. thanks!

I have a house to share. 3B/3BA right off 30A in Seagrove Beach. Beautifully furnished even TV in room. Private Bath also. 700 month includes utilities. 250 deposit. Month to Month. Call 377-2761 I do have a Golden Retreiver.

Sarah: I have a studio apartment on Grove Ave. off 395 in the old section of Seagrove. It is very bright and open. Sofa bed for sleeping. Water, sewer, TV, and laundry included--you pay chelco--separate meter for apartment.
