    female looking for inexpensive one bdrm rental

    hey everyone. i am a college grad looking for a long term rental in the santa rosa/destin area. i have lived in sandestin employee housing since may and i am looking to relocate and live alone. possibly a condo or guest house, inexpensive of course. i am single, no pets and i have a steady job. if anyone thinks they could help me out or knows someone that could i would greatly appriciate it. thanks!

    washer/dryer
    quiet neighborhood "on" west end 30-A
    $700 mo. + deposit

    I have a house to share. 3B/3BA right off 30A in Seagrove Beach. Beautifully furnished even TV in room. Private Bath also. 700 month includes utilities. 250 deposit. Month to Month. Call 377-2761 I do have a Golden Retreiver.

    Sarah: I have a studio apartment on Grove Ave. off 395 in the old section of Seagrove. It is very bright and open. Sofa bed for sleeping. Water, sewer, TV, and laundry included--you pay chelco--separate meter for apartment. Full kitchen with granite counters, DW, Stove, Micro, Frig/Freezer, pantry, broom closet, walk-in closet, full bath with tub/shower--$750 a month. Contact nsf43@earthlink.net (Available immediately)

    I have a 1 bdrm, 1 bath mobile home for $500 per month available after first week in February in Santa Rosa Beach.
