Seacrest Beach

For you locals, why is there a big line of black sand at the base of the dunes?? Looks like a bulldozer cleared a strip.

Ok, nevermind my question about the big black strip of sand on Seacrest Beach. I just read the older post. Good news is they have the steps rebuilt at Pelican Circle.
