why are you selling this lovely home, I know exactly where it is. what are the taxes and the the projected taxes? where is the beach walk over located?

Prior year's property taxes were $3,939.98.
Projected tax if the county budget is approved as originally proposed, is $4,487.32.

Public beach walkover is conveniently located across from the Tom Thumb on Highway 30-A, next to Cafe 30-A.

Reason for selling is basically that we don't get to use it enough anymore, to own a place there, due to work schedule, and due to changes involving family, plan to stay in the Atlanta area, where we live, for retirement.
