My husband and I are looking into moving at the end of September or sometime in October and we need a long term rental (12 mo), furnished with 1-2 bedrooms. We have a small 4yr old pet under 12 lbs, house trained and non-shedding (hypoallergenic) - he does not chew on random stuff and he pretty much sleeps all day. We live in Santa Rosa Beach and our lease is up at the end of Sept. We can provide references upon request.
