Garage/new furniture sale. Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 2 PM in Driftwood Estates SRB

The sale will start at 8 AM each day.

It will be at 92 West Shipwreck Road in Driftwood Estates in Santa Rosa Beach.

Directions:

From Highway 98, turn on Mack Bayou (right at the Sacred Heart Hospital); you can only go North on Mack Bayou from the 98. Keep going until Mack Bayou dead ends at Harbor View and then go Left. Stay on Harbor View until you enter the Driftwood Estates subdivision. The first road is Shipwreck Road. Go Left. We are the fifth house on the right. You will see the garage sale signs.

We staged our house to help it sell more quickly. It worked and now the house is sold and the sale will close this coming Wednesday at the latest. So...we have a lot of furniture to sell quickly and the best way to do that is to sell it cheaply.

All of the furniture is either brand new or in great condition. You do not stage a home with junk if you hope top sell it.

Here is what we have:

L-shaped desk with hutch $50. Brand new from Walmart. Original cost $100

Desk Chair. Gray fabric $30 Good condition.

Better Homes and Gardens Dining Table $50. Brand new from Walmart. Original cost $100

Couch. Blue and White Pin Stripe (looks nice and beachy-not business-like) 3 cushion. Great condition $150

Coffee Table. Some damage. Large. $25

SOLD Off-white Armoire/entertainment center. Great condition. $40

Queen Bed with bed frame and wicker and wood (light color/tan) head board $75

End table that matches the hedboard on the bed $25

Off-white/tan Armoire. Drawers on bottom. Shelves on top. Great condition. $40

Tan fabric chair and ottoman. Good condition. $35

Glass lamp and white shade. Think of a fake Waterford crystal lamp and nice lamp shade. Excellent condition. $15

Round kitchen table. White with maple around the edges and white tiles in the center. Has a leaf that is stored in the center of it. Excellent condition with the exception of 1 cracked tile in the center of the leaf which should be pretty easy to replace. $50

4 white cast iron chairs that look great with the above kitchen table and are newly repainted, recovered and have just had new ends put on all of the legs. Would be $1000 or more new in a store. $175 for all 4 together.

2 kitchen table chairs. White with maple seats. Excellent condition. $10 each

SOLD 4 tan fabric covered chairs with palm trees embrodieried into the fabric. Good Condition. $60 for all 4 together.

1 White wood foling table. The type that you would put between 2 rocking chairs outside. Brand new $10
