Seagrove Beach 1940s
My family has been vacationing in Seagrove since the late 1940s. Lucky and grateful. My mother came across this old postcard. Thought you would enjoy.

I love the little deer!

Here's the same view. Can you guess who these folks are?
My mind tends to wander... but fortunately, it's so weak, it doesn't get very far...

Hint: the woman on the right is named after her mother, who was named Arabella (but she has always been known by an easily recognized nickname)... this shot is taken from their house on the bluff in Seagrove... probably sometime in the fifties...

My grandparents had one of those exact same coolers.
I suppose today's Seagrove postcard would have to include several 50' mansions & some beautiful people at Whiskey Bravo.

OK guys. Nobody is getting close. It's Didon and Keith Comer. I'm guessing it was in the late fifties.

I do believe that the cooler is a Scotch Cooler, it was top of the line in its hay day. I happen to be a proud owner of one, left to me from my Dad. My parents got it as a wedding present. I have never seen another one till today. Thanks :)

I got more precise info today. Keith and Didon Comer, with cool cooler, in front of the Stephens House, Seagrove, 1952.
