Deadling for County Survey extended

Walton County is extending the deadline for the online survey for the visioning meetings to be held. The survey will be active until midnight Sept. 2. This will allow responses to be submitted following participation in the meetings. The meetings are a followup to the first series where citizens were questioned about what they wanted to see in their county. With changes in the economy, plans for a wider 331 and other aspects of life, Commissioner Sara Comander asked to hold more meetings to get fresh input from the citizens.
