Long term rental needed

We are a local family of 4 looking for a long term rental on or around 30a. Our kids go to Bay Elementary school so that school district is preferred. We are currently living in Watersound North while we build but our rental house was just sold so If you have a home that is at least 3 bedrooms but larger is better, please reach our to us. We are both professionals and are meticulously clean and responsible. We have our own furniture so if the house is unfurnished that is totally fine, actually preferred. We have a dog but we can put him at a families house for the rental term if you would prefer no pets.

How much do you want to spend per month and how long of a lease are you available to sign?

Hello! Rent we would spend per month would be determined by the size of and location of the house and we are flexible on that. We are also flexible on lease term as we are just starting the building process and although I would love to be in a one year lease, I will take what we can get if we like the house and rent per month.
