My wife and I, both professionals working locally, have been renting a small (~1000 sq. ft.) Seagrove condo and are looking for something a little larger. The number of bedrooms/baths doesn't matter as long as the conditioned space is at least 1200 or so sq. ft. The rental must be in the 30A area. West 30A to Seagrove is preferred, North of 98 is fine too, basically the closer to Grayton Beach the better. Unfurnished is preferred but not a requirement, and it must be pet friendly as we have 1 well-trained dog (housebroken, quiet and doesn't chew). We have a great deal at $900/month right now and I know we'll pay more next year for what I'm describing above, but we're trying to keep it as close to that as possible.

Our move-in is flexible for December or January and we're looking for a 1 year lease. I've been renting long-term in this area since 2009 in two different condos, so I can provide local references if necessary.
