My fiancee' and I are looking for a 1-2 bedroom rental, if possible starting between now and the first week of September. Will consider waiting until October for the right property.

Close beach proximity is great, but anything in the 30-A area is acceptable. Furnished or unfurnished. We are able to lease for a minimum of 6 months. We have already relocated to the area and can view a property at any time.

We are professionals, in our mid forties, non smokers, very responsible. Can furnish current references, excellent credit history, background check, employment, and personal references. We do have two very well behaved dogs that are up to date on all shots, frontline, are totally housebroken and can be inside or out, don't bark, chew, or bite.
Your rental will kept in in perfect condition, or improved-can help with upkeep and minor tasks such as painting, deck/wood maintenance, etc if needed. Also home security expertise.
