Summers Edge v Sanctuary at Redfish

I have found a house in Summers Edge and a condo at Sanctuary Redfish for the same price in August. 2 adults and 2 tween age kids. Can't decide which route to take. We like both the beach and the pool. We have only ever stayed in Watersound Beach before, trying something new. I guess I would prefer nice pool and less crowded beach.

    Any thoughts out there?

Don't think you'll find a beach much less crowded than the one at Watersound Beach. Located between 2 lakes, there is no public access within easy walking distance and no developments across 30a to provide a flood of beachgoers. Stick with what you know. Oh, and they have a gorgeous beach club and pool although you already know that.
