Rescue in Seagrove this morning??

Did anybody witness a rescue in Seagrove this morning - maybe around 10? I saw what looked like a body way too far out, but realized it was either on a raft or kayak, but just floating. Just a few minutes later, I saw the rescue boat go one way, and then immediately turn towards this person - they were looking. There were ambulance personnel on the beach, and the rescue craft went back and forth, and took a kayak or some sort of board off, like they were looking for a person. By the time I decided to go see what was happening, and made it down there, it was all gone. I saw the sheriff's truck drive away as I was heading that way.

I saw this rescue from a couple of walkovers east. Another person there had some binoculars which she shared. The lifeguard paddled out on his rescue board to an apparent empty kayak. The occupant must have fallen out and could not get back in, but he was okay, just could not be seen from the beach as he was hanging on to the boat. They waited out there - way out, past the second sandbar - for the waverunner, which brought the kayaker back in. While waiting, they drifted away from the boat. He looked okay, walked across the beach and appeared to decline medical attention. Waverunner then went back out for the lifeguard, and I guess the kayak, but I left at that point.

Thank you! I am now watching another waverunner out there, like they are looking for something :/ Right in the same spot. I hope only one person was on that kayak and that the waverunner is just a coincidence.
