Tuesday's Wine Feature
Must try this wine feature ~
winemaker's notes on Anderson's Conn Valley Proloque Cabernet:
The color is golden straw, brilliant. The aroma is ripe pears, sweet cream and custard. The palate is crisp ripe apple and pear, hint of toasted oak, full mouth feel with long finish and lingering aftertaste served with Wagyu hanger steak au poiure with garlic mashed potatoes served with a suggested wine paring: Anderson's Conn Valley Proloque Cabernet
