Man lying in grass outside Hurricane Oyster Bar
On my way to work this morning there were 2 cop cars parked on the side of the road in front of Hurricane's. There was a man laying on his side in the grass, and the cops were standing around like they were waiting for something. (ambulance?) I'm just curious to know what the story was if anyone happens to know? I'm assuming he was probably very drunk and passed out and slept there all night? Hopefully not a hit and run? I didn't see any blood. Just curious. Anybody?
