$1000+/MO (30a/Sandestin/Bay Area)

Greetings,


I'm a 38 yo Pharmacist working 2 full-time jobs. I basically need a nice, quiet place to sleep and cook a little. I have an 18 yo dog that stays kenneled (I bring him with me to work, weather-permitting) and doesn't bark, so he should not be an issue. I am a very clean, quiet, non-smoker with top-tier credit. The place needs to be in a quiet setting, since the only times I will be home are at night (~11PM-8AM) and my sleep is precious. No upstairs neighbors (unless it's a very well built condo) or sharing a wall (i.e. townhouse), please. I can stretch my budget for the right place.

I would consider renting a room in a large house where I had some privacy.
