A suggestion to candidates
One would think that elected officials in a small county like ours could find the time to respond to e-mails and letters from the people who elected them. The only local officials I have received responses from is Rep. Brad Drake who responded to all my e-mails and my school board member called me after about two months one time and ignored all other concerns. Even the governor sends a canned response. Just a friendly suggestion for those who might win an election.

Indeed, bring it. Is there any candidate willing to respond? No. As another poster stated, they don't/won't respond/reply to anonymous blogs. Why? Answer a legitimate question posed from wherever. What's hard about that?

Agree, it would be nice if my elected officials could at least send me something saying they had received my input. I pay their salaries, for their offices, and for their staff, a response is not asking too much.Basically, I'm just passing through on my way to Australia.

Anonymous or otherwise, I feel you. When you getting to Australia, and why?
