Hello! My friend and I are looking for a place to rent near 30A or in Santa Rosa Beach.
Point Washington and Chat Holley are okay as well.
We both work in Seagrove and want to be close by.
Preferably a pet friendly place but it isn't a deal breaker.
We aren't looking to sign a 12 month lease, but somewhere around 6 months maybe and it might extend past that.
