    Hello SoWal,

    I specialize in commercial real estate investments primarily for wealth management, family trust/estate, and retirees. The investments are no owner responsibility, low risk, and generally have a return on investment of 5 to 10% or with financing can be higher. This return also does not include potential real estate appreciation. Typical hold time is 6 to 20 years.
