Hurricane Shutters
Hello,
We recently purchased a home in the Seagrove area and need to get hurricane protection. We have seen several methods/products. Would be interested in any contacts for installation or recommendations you may have. Thanks so much for any information you can give us!

We installed operable shutters made of Spanish cedar, a strong and hard wood. Admittedly, they cost more than some solutions, but they look much nicer. Quick and easy to close, no ladders required. No stuff to store, no brackets or roll-ups on the house. We're very satisified with how they look and operate.
Good Millwork (now defunct) made them, but I'd bet you could find someone interested in making and installing a similar set.
