AC/Heating service provider
Who do you use for regular cooling/heating semi-annual maintenance contract service in the Seagrove Beach area? (3 bedroom condo). My current service source is not very relaible anymore...

Try Adkins A/C on Morrison Ave 231-9116 - I've used them for years and they STAY in business!! Great service and responses!

Based on recommendations from this board, we had Adkins check out our unit last week. They were prompt and very efficient. They also installed a new thermostat with lock out features which will come in handy when our house is rented ... prevents temps from being set too high or too low.
