Nice family of 5 looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house for long-term rental (at least a year). Both adults are professionals and 3 wonderful children. We are relocating from Colorado and due to employment in the area need a place as soon as June 1st. We are willing to sign a year lease if the price is right. We are looking for a nice neighborhood for the kids in Walton county preferably off of 30a. We are serious renters whom have owned a house and are not looking for a Vacation property.
