Master Suite in House Near Seaside

Hi. I've lived in Grove by the Sea for about 10 years and I'm interested in finding the right person to move into the master suite in the main house on the property. I've rented rooms and had roomates ever since I move to Seagrove and the arrangement has worked out well for everyone in the past. Grove by the Sea is about 3/4 mi. East of Seaside on the North side of 30A in Seagrove. The master suite is partially furnished and has a private bath and entrance. Sorry, but no smoking or pets. $600/month, util/cable/wifi included.
