    The best deal I know of South of 30A! No HOA fees, well built, large wooded lot (75x150). This is one of those that when SOLD, we all go...."Wish, I would have got that one!"

    Looks like we are going under contract. yeah! What a year! I would have never dreamed we would actually be low on inventory.

    The first thing that happens as inventory decreases is the seller starts posturing. As a buyer, you get less off. Especially, in the high rental season. Many sellers that have made it this long are not as willing to drop prices as they were a year ago. Its a very interesting time as I now see in certain areas we are shifting to a sellers market. Please keep in mind this comment can "shift" by the mile. RE is very local and one Hood can be on fire while another still dead.

    We were unable to bring this one to contract. Close. It is still available at an asking price of $369,000. Best deal south of 30A.
