Where is a great place to take visitors for seafood?

Hey there! We have guest in from out of town, they want to eat seafood tonight. Any suggestions?

So many grayt choices!

Can you narrow? There are a lot of places which have seafood on the menu but may not be "seafood joints". Do you want a yummy shrimp and pasta, a fried platter, a pile of crab legs?

Great new seafood place just opened up at mile marker 4 on 30A...Local Catch. Great seafood. Great for families. Late night entertainment. Check it out

We take our guests to Stinky's. If we want something fancier, we take them to Cafe Thirty-A. My sister and nephews love the sushi at Old Florida Fish House.

Cafe Thirty A gets my vote. Have only had excellent fish, shrimp and scallops dishes there. Informal and fried goes to either the 395 Village Market or Smiling Fish Cafe.

I agree with YSD about Local Catch. The chef has a great flare for taste, unlike anything else on 30a! Everything that I tried was wonderfully seasoned and the sauces were all original and distinctive.The menu was eclectic. The restaurant is great for families and you can eat inside or outside. The staff was very efficient and friendly and the bathrooms the cleanest I have ever seen in the entire area!! Thanks Local Catch, we will definitely be back!
