Purses With a Purpose Benefits Shelter House, March 30 & 31, 2012

Silver Sands Factory Stores and Shelter House are partnering to present, Purses With A Purpose, a two-day purse auction and sale. The event will benefit Shelter House, the only state certified domestic violence center serving domestic violence victims of Okaloosa and Walton counties. Purses With A Purpose will take place on Friday, March 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Silver Sands between DKNY and Juicy Couture.
Purses With A Purpose is a purse auction and sale where new and lightly used designer purses are donated to be auctioned off with all proceeds benefiting Shelter House. A VIP Party will be held on Friday, March 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. For $5 attendees will get first pick of the purses and food provided by Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Tickets may be purchased at the door. On Saturday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. all remaining items will be for sale with purses marked down up to 50% off.
If you like designer purses, but not the designer price and would like to support a great local charity at the same time then this is an event you will not want to miss. Donations of new and gently used purses are still being accepted for the event. Please bring donations to Silver Sands Management Office Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
