We have tried to not show the house until it was cleaned and painting touch up completed. The first it will be available to be seen is Tues during the morning up until about 12:30.
The house is very basic and nothing at all special. There is wonderful privacy and a view of the water and a nice outside deck area. The inside has one bedroom, a small shower and bath area that is just painted, concrete and a formica vanity. Nice size kitchen and two small living room areas. The toilet is brand new, the refrigerator has just been replaced. The stove / oven and microwave are brand new and the cook top in the counter in the kitchen is in very good condition. Since it is a one story cement block house /cottage there are no frills. There is a storage barn 16 x 20 that is also included.
