There's an app for that...
As you walk through a South Walton or Destin neighborhood that doesn't allow real estate "for sale" signs (like Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, WaterSound or Seaside), do you ever wonder which houses are for sale? Now, there's an app for that! Once downloaded, be sure to use the HomeSpotter segment. Point your phone at a house and tap the screen to learn more.
You can register (optional) and save your properties. You can also make an appointment to see the house, or simply email the listing to anyone. You will be able to scroll easily through the photos. Try it!
Note: you must be in the Walton/Okaloosa County area to use the GPS based HomeSpotter feature!
Works on iPhone, Android and Blackberry smart phones.
Just text the name, "MURRAY" to 321-392-2132 and follow the instructions.
