Coming home on 30-A tonight and noticed a Public Notice or Public Hearing Sign next to the small strip mall in Seagrove that has Goatfeathers Seafood Market at one end and the Bike Rental business on the opposite end. Wondering if it's yet another condo. since the property is on the beach side and there is a path that goes right out to the beach. Anyone out there know what's going on?
