Kitchenique Cooking School Cookbook - order online now
This is meant to be a “cook’s” book. No fancy pictures (except for the beautiful cover photo by Kurt Lischka of Moon Creek Studio) but lots of good recipes. It’s also a work in progress in that it’s designed to be “added to” over time. The first edition of the book contains 200 of my recipes divided into the basic categories of Appetizers, Salads & Dressings, Soups & Gumbos, Vegetables and Sides, Main Dishes and Desserts. There are two category dividers that have no recipes. The Chef’s Collection will be recipes from the chefs who’ve graced our kitchen. When we publish the Chef’s Collection you’ll be able to purchase just the packet of recipes and place them in this book. The Lagniappe category will be for future additions and updates. This design is meant to be more affordable and also gives me time to get it all together!
We are gladly accepting pre-paid orders for delivery by or before December 10th. We’re researching an economical way to ship the cookbook and will have some prices on that soon.
