Looking for License Plate Art

Trying to locate an artist or vendor that makes license plate art. Was at a Flutterby festival a couple years ago at WaterColor and met a family that made really cool creations from license plates, but not sure how to locate them, I believe they were from the Niceville/Crestview/Defuniak Springs area. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Not sure if it's the same folks or how to reach them ....

But we bought a license plate heart art piece a few years ago at GULF PLACE in the little outdoor market.

You might try contact the shops at Gulf Place to see if they can tell you if that vendor is still located there. We are looking at the art right now but there is no contact info or any names on it.
