    Update on Sanctuary at Redfish?

    What happened to all the units at Sanctuary at Redfish? I know there were a block of units that were "purchased" by some fraudsters when they were built and the legalities were drawn out for years. They really dropped in price this summer and the inventory is low. Wonder if it was an investment group that gobbled them up or was it just the right price point for people- actual owners. They weren't bad units, a little strange as far as the concept of the complex, but could work at the right price. That is nice beach over there by both Sanctuaries.

    What does the property appraiser's site say? That's an easy way to see who owns what there and what each unit was purchased for.

    No luck

    I've tried the website in the past and now. Results can be hard to get. I've had limited success with it in the past and no luck currently. HMMM

    It's not always updated that quick, tax collector is usually your better bet.
