Looks like sales continue to be quite brisk in Watercolor in early 2011. What is happening in Watersound, Rosemary and Alys. In looking at the Walton County records, it looks like fewer than 5 properties have changed hands in Alys which is anemic compared to these other large developments.

??? Is WC still outselling others by a long shot? I saw a couple of sales in Alys, but still not selling more than a handful a year? I still think the product is too unique and way overpriced, and as a result, will never sell enough to build out in less than 50 years. IF they lower prices to around $400 per square foot, I think things would begin selling well. Until then, probably going to continue selling 5 or 6 per year.
