hi bucky! im interested in a place around where u are suggesting...but i was wondering if there were any negociating with the price.. my lease is up in march and im a very good renter if you need someone for long term.. my lease now is 700.00 and i pay for my utilities.. i have no pets and would keep you place perfect :) i work in Seacrest and have a great job and would be very reliable with rent.. write me back if you're interested w me being a renter!!
