Description: we call this East Texas lasagna because it's got Velveeta in it, we really like velveeta in our casseroles!
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:
  1. 1 1/2lb lean beef
  2. jar ragu
  3. 1/2 onion
  4. garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp oregano
  6. 1/2 lb lasagna noodles
  7. 12 oz mozzarella
  8. 1lb velveeta
  9. canned parmesan
  10. Pam and wax paper
Preparation:
  1. brown meat with onion, add ragu, garlic powder, and oregano and simmer while boiling lasagna noodles, if you use no bake noodles then just simmer a bit

  2. careful boiling lasagna noodles, pull them out of boiling water individually then lay them out on Pam'd wax paper

  3. chill velveeta to shred it and shred the mozzarella
Instructions:
  1. Grease a casserole dish
  2. put a little sauce in the bottom
  3. layer noodles across bottom, add 1/2 meat sauce mixture then 1/3 of velveeta and mozzarella then sprinkle with parmesan, do this again with more cheese on the top layer

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then allow to stand for 10-15 minutes or it'll run on you

  5. Serve with salad and garlic bread
