    Upcoming area races!

    Check out these race events coming soon!

    Chelco Loop the Lake 5K Run/Walk
    Lake Defuniak, Defuniak Springs
    Saturday, September 18th



    The annual event is held in the historic Lake Defuniak and supports the American Heart Association. Includes a 5K Run for all ages and 1 mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under.

    2010 WindMark Beach Multisport Weekend
    Windmark Beach October 1st - 3rd



    WindMark Beach will be hosting its first multisport weekend October 1-3. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset while having a good time with others who share the same passion for running. Bring the kids, bring the dog! The weekend will feature a 5K and one mile run, a triathlon and duathlon, and so much more. Kids and adult races will be offered.

    White Sand Triathlon
    Panama City Beach October 16th



    The White Sand Triathlon includes a 600 m Gulf of Mexico Swim, 16 mile gulf coast bike ride and 5k run followed by a post-race celebration at Spinnaker with food, beverages and presentation of awards.

    Don't forget the "Running for the Bay" Marathon in Apalachicola on October 23rd. The Mrs. is doing her first half marathon that weekend!
