looking for a room to rent

I'm looking to rent a room in Santa Rosa Beach or Miramar Beach for $400-$500 a month. I would prefer to live with females, but I would consider male roommates. I'm 23, don't smoke, work full time in an office and 1-2 nights at a restaurant in Baytowne. I would prefer to live with females in their 20s or 30s, but I would consider male roommates. I would like to find something by the end of the month, but at the latest - end of October. I do have a bird, a parakeet, but she lives in a cage and doesn't make a mess.

I answering your ad for a roomate. I've ben considerimng it for while. I have a cute 3 1 1/2 baths. I am 53 but you would neve know it. Everyone thinks I am so much younger. Anyway it has a cute little patio, a backyard with a hammock and a very cute house. I also loves birds. I have 3 cats b ut we could keep the door closed so they could not bother it. I used to have one a while ago and no my cats did not eat him. Call if interested and I am right off of 30A about 3 minutes to Santa Rosa. I am in Blue Mountain Beach. Are you still looking for a room? I live in Jackson's Run (Miramar Beach, next door to Grand Blvd and Baytowne). I'm looking for a roommate for my 2/2...rent would be 500/month..sewer is 16.39/month and water and electric vary...usualy power is no more than 75/month and water is no more that 10/month (per person). Hey girl! My name is Ashley & I have a really nice room in home in Bayside (on bay) by outlets...its me one other girl (28) & one guy(28 also) both laid back super cool, we all get along all clean thank God! **Cant live with super messy people..lol...and we have an awesome backyard w cool lights I put up, we all hang out at night, if we feel like it, maybe have a beer or 2 & talk...awesome 4 bed home...clean big 50in tv leather couches...I have a bed you can take it or leave it at no extra charge...Call me if interested :)

I am a 43 year old female, but very young at heart, and I will have a room w/ a private bath for rent starting next week in Seagrove. Its very quiet w/ pool, tennis courts, and really cool nature trails. I'm asking $400/month.

I do have 2 small dogs that are very sweet. Let me know if you are interested. Annie

I am looking for someone to rent a room. I have a large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Gulf Place. The room for rent has private bath and a balcony. Lots of closets and storage in the bathroom. 500.00 per month includes utilities,cable, washer dryer, and full house privileges. Gulf place is beautiful, w/ private access to beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. 3 pools, 2 hot tubs,2 tennis courts. It will be available on the 15 of Nov. I am a female and own a hair salon downstairs from the condo.
