    Best time to sell?

    Our beautiful Seagrove home has become more house than we need and we are looking to downsize. Is there a "best time" or season to sell?

    I have noticed for years that we have an influx of buyers once kids go back to school or maybe it's just not as busy here in the fall and it is easier to look at homes. If you would like to discuss selling your home send me a PM. Thanks.

    Prices seem to peak a bit in the spring when demand is up.
